From one bundle of bent bars to a complete steel structure. You supply the plan, we supply the steel.
- 01 Rebar and reinforcement Cut, bent and tied to plan. Ø8 to Ø40 mm.
- 02 Steel mesh Large stock in various sizes and diameters.
- 03 Beams and sections HEA, HEB, IPE, HEM, angles, plate and tubes.
- 04 Steel fabrication Assembled, welded and drilled to plan. EN 1090.
- 05 Surface treatment Painting, galvanising, metallising and powder coating in any RAL colour.
- 06 Edge formwork and accessories Edge formwork, covers and small items for site.

This is how a reinforcement order works. No middlemen: everything happens in our own workshop.

Plan or bending schedule
Send us your engineer’s reinforcement drawing or your own bending schedule. By email, on paper or through the quote form.

Cutting and bending
Our machines straighten, cut and bend the rebar to size, from Ø8 to Ø40 mm.

Tying
Beams and cages are assembled in the workshop by spot welding. Strong enough for transport and placing.

Labelling
Every bundle and every beam gets a label per bar mark. On site, everyone knows straight away what goes where.

Delivery and unloading
Our own crane lorries deliver to your site and unload wherever you want.
